You can clean your piece by lightly scrubbing with a toothbrush and soapy water. Your jewelry will continue to oxidize over time. Storing in a jewelry box or cloth bag can slow the natural oxidation process. To bring your piece back to its original finish you can rub the metal areas gently with a polishing cloth, taking care to avoid any stones, enameled areas, or resins.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To make a return, email for a return authorization number (RA#). Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns without an RA# may not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as a tracking number for your package.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company card for future purchases. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION. PLEASE NOTE: All sale, personalized orders, and custom pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
